EATS + TREATS // Neighbors Cafe

Coffee + tea, brunch, and a houseplant heaven. πŸŒ±

Even though I have to drive 25 minutes to get to Neighbors, it's totally worth it to be filled with delicious Vesta Coffee, amazing food, and houseplants that clean the air. This new modern cafe provides a spacious and comfortable atmosphere to meet up with friends, read a book, or grind on some work.

Their entrees range between $7 - $16 with their drinks ranging between $2.50 for a drip coffee to $5.00 for a lovely signature Lavender or Queen Bee Latte. Non-coffee drinks are offered as well, but I usually tend to go for a matcha or chai latte for a productive pick-me-up. From my friends' reactions, they claim that the lavender latte has beat all of the other lavender latte's that they've tried in Vegas... soooo I'll take their word on that for all you lavender lovers.

My favorite dish is hands-down, the Shakshuka (first photo below). Farm eggs, tomato, bell pepper, fresno chili + feta made it a lovely blend to scoop up with their crunchy toast.

Second recommendation? Pacific smoked salmon toast (second photo). Green herb horseradish cream, fried capers, sourdough, and greens - I swear I feel like there's more ingredients to it because it was so damn good. I've had only a couple salmon toasts in my life, but this has definitely become my #1 salmon toast.

I've gone 4 times as of this blog post and they've only gotten busier every time I go. They have about 17-20 tables and the past couple of times have all been full during brunch/lunch time! Even though they have only been open for about a month, Neighbors has been growing at such a rapid pace. Make sure to follow them on social and stop by for an aesthetically pleasing visit!
